Description

This solid Is 1-piece button has the ‘United States’ backmark of GI.70.B but the front bears slightly more resemblance to GI.70.A. Most telling, the wreath arrows are going in the opposite direction of GI.70.A, and the bundle of arrows are centered horizontally rather than downward. Additionally there is a period between the ‘U’ and ‘S’ instead of a star. It has characteristics of both fronts of GI.70.A and GI.70.B but is neither. This is extremely rare variant to any collection.
