Very Rare May 1791 Proceedings Cincinnati Society Delegates Philadelphia Minutes

This has to be a very rare item ! It is an original printing of Proceedings of the Cincinnati by their Delegates in an Extra General Meeting convened at Philadelphia, the First Monday of May, 1791.  Philadelphia Printed by John Fenno, No 69, High-Street, in the Year MDCCXCI
Item measures approx 9 1/2" x 16" and contains 8 pages. First page is separated at the center horizontal fold, second page is still connected but has separation in center of center horizontal fold. Third and fourth pages have minor separation at horizontal center fold. Photos should show general condition- please study carefully. Printing at these separated center folds have some deterioration. At some point this item had been folded 3 times. I will ship fully open.
