    Description

    War of 1812 General Service US pewter button. 13 mm cuff button.  In Alberts book it is # GI 30AV, a US Infantry Script I 14mm cuff button. In Alberts book GI 36, and a 1811 Army Eagle Button w/ 3 stars below, Alberts GI-47AV. All these buttons have the original shanks, with some dirt still on them. Nice examples of dug pewter buttons.
