Original Antique Napoleonic French Cavalry Saber Sword ca. 1800-1810 period NICE

Description

This is a nice Napoleonic Officer's Cavalry saber from around 1800.  The hilt has a very detailed lion head pommel and a strong knuckle guard.  The wood one piece grip is finely checkered with only a couple minor losses.  Good overall condition with great patina.  The blade is unmarked that I could find and has no pitting or rust - just honest wear.    The blade is 32 inches long (hard to measure with the curve) and is 1 3/8 wide at the hilt.  Overall the sword is 38 inches long.  There is no scabbard.   I am pricing this to sale so don't miss out!  The Napoleonic swords are rarely found and this one is in nice condition.  This is a beautiful sword for the military collector! Not too many people have Napoleonic swords!
