    Description
    Here is a nice 19th century naval midshipman's pressgang persuader tool in good original condition. The surface has a nice patina from age with macrame covered ends and the original handle is in good condition which can also be seen in the photos. Originally from Leith docks, Edinburgh Scotland from a maritime collection. In total measuring 12.1 inches long and the weighted ends measure 1.5 and 1.3 inches wide.
