    This is a very nice example of a European Hunting Spearpoint Bowie Knife Dagger which dates from the mid 19th Century. It is mounted with a plain blade that measures 8 inches in length by 1 1/8 inches at the widest. The blade reflects cleanings from over the years, nevertheless does remain in good healthy condition. The stag horn hilt is also very healthy in its condition, fitting snuggly in the grip and the steel pommel and crossguard remain very tightly in place. The metal fitted leather scabbard is very nice in its condition as well.
