oval, convex keyboard, with a character playing the flute and carrying a book (ambassador? messenger ?) standing on 2 worlds surrounded by 2 columns.
on the sides of the keyboard, we can distinguish on either side in medallion the heads of Athena and a warrior
engraving on the heel of the blade: "Coulaux and Kingenthal"
